As a partnership between the School of Business and the College of Engineering, MEM students graduate with a degree from both schools, and with a balance of technical and business skills that sets them apart from other job applicants. That’s why our students have one of the highest rates of employment within six months of graduation.

MEM students are recruited by companies like FritoLay/PepsiCo, Sikorsky, Pratt & Whitney, Unilever, Stanley Black & Decker, as well as several other Connecticut and northeastern United States manufacturers. Our students step into roles as supply chain managers, data analysts, operations managers, and of course, engineers.
